COVERGIRL VoxBox

I was sent the new COVERGIRL VoxBox from Influenster. It has two new products inside. The new PLUMPIFY BLASTPRO by LASHBLAST Mascara and COLORLICIOUS OH SUGAR! Vitamin Infused Balm.
For my thoughts on both products keep on reading.

This new mascara was sent to me to try out from Influenster. I was excited when I received it that's for sure. Especially since I really liked the last mascara I tried from Covergirl, the Full Lash Bloom mascara. First off, sorry that is a stock image of the wand and tube. I took pictures, however, I got a new MacBook for Christmas and I deleted the images by mistake because I had no clue how to work iCloud, haha. I won't be doing that again. Now about the product.
Plumpify blastPRO Mascara
"Our Plumpify blastPRO Mascara plumpifies your lashes with 50x volume boost for full lashes! This volumizing mascara has a specialized, double-action brush that vertically lifts lashes from their roots, guaranteeing plumping without the clumping — A whole new look in lashes, plumpified!" (Covergirl Website)
First, this mascara wand is huge! I was intimidated when I opened the packaging. It has the plastic bristles you are used to seeing, however, it also has some flap like areas. It's hard to explain. The tip is a ball, which gets way too much product on it and makes a giant mess, in my opinion. The formula itself is great, at least for my lashes. This stays on without flaking throughout the day. It washes off easily. It builds great volume like it claims. I think the wand is too large, but I make it work. It is a hassle for me, however, I really like the formula so I will deal with the massive wand.

Overall, this mascara is great! I'm not sure how well this lifts lashes since mine are naturally curled and lifted already. This does volumize the lashes a great deal, which I really like. It doesn't clump as it states. This is worth trying out for sure.

Colorlicious Oh Sugar! Vitamin Infused Lip Balm
"Treat your lips with colorlicious oh sugar! Vitamin infused lip balm. Well I will go ahead and say that I don't like this lip balm. I don't find it moisturizing in the least bit. It pretends to be moisturizing, however, that is a trick. Once you put this on it feels great. The scent is great. The color is great. All seems great. However, after just 15 to 20 minutes my lips feel dry. The balm texture is already faded and there is a drag to rub my lips together. The longer I wore this the worse my lips felt. It was almost as if there was a texture on my lips, like sand or some kind of grit. I didn't like it at all. I really gave this a shot, but it just didn't work for me. I received the shade Soda. I saw someone on YouTube mention they thought these were like the fresh Sugar lip balm, however, these are no where close to the quality of that lip balm.

Overall, this balm isn't for me. It made my lips more dry than they were before trying the product. This didn't repair or nourish anything! I wouldn't recommend these, unless I got a bad bullet or something.
Let me know if you received the balm and it's wonderful. I may have received a bad batch. Mine has a texture on the actual bullet and maybe that isn't how they are supposed to be.
